Once there was an island and on that island lived a small eleven-year-old boy, Ned. Ned’s family was a busy one, with his dad gone almost 24/7 and his mum gone almost as much.
But his sister Jemima was an entirely different matter. She was an evil brat, always planning something diabolical.

He wanted to avenge the children who experienced their wrath and he wanted to get the adults back for treating him like garbage. With the help of Slime they could do it together.
This book was one of the best books I have ever read by David Walliams. I loved his descriptions and his funny jokes and characters. David Walliams truly is a comedic author and is one of the best I have ever read.
I recommend this book for any children who struggle to read mainly because David Walliams uses simple language, making it easy and fun to read. Even adults could read this and enjoy his books. I recommend this book for everyone.
