Review: Two Dogs On A Trike

Children and parents will love practising their counting skills with this beautifully illustrated book.

All it takes is one open gate and a curious poodle who embarks on a crazy and hilarious adventure.

Travelling across the city and the countryside, using a variety of transport the adventure begins. Along the way the poodle meets new friends and invites them to come along and join in the fun.

Together they ride trikes, scooters, hot air balloons and even a spaceship.

What our adventurous dog and his friends don’t realise is that they have an imposter in their midst – can you spot him?

The bold, glossy, block colours used in the illustrations grab the readers attention and add to the hilarious nature of the story.

What will the imposter do when his true identity is discovered? The comedic element of the story, along with the illustrations gives the story extra weight.

When reading this interactive story, not only can you practise your counting skills, but you can also identify the different dogs and types of transport that make an appearance in the story.

One piece of advice, if you own a dog, you had better go make sure the gate is closed.
