1. Tell us something hardly anyone knows about you.
I am a very open book, so this is a hard question! But a fun fact is that I am also a singer.
2. What is your nickname?
I don’t really have one, but some people call me T.
3. What is your greatest fear?
I am absolutely TERRIFIED of spiders. I have been bitten numerous times, and am paralysed with fear if one comes near me!
4. Describe your writing style in ten words.
My writing style is fun, with lots of adjectives and flowery language. I want to make people ‘feel’ something.
5. Tell us five positive words that describe you as a writer/reviewer.
Colourful, fun, imaginative, sparkly and pink!
6. What book character would you be, and why?
This is another hard question! If I was a book character, I would choose to be Emily Windsnap because I would do anything to be a mermaid and go on wonderful adventures, just like her.
7. If you could time travel, what year would you go to and why?
I would go to the 1800s. I am fascinated by Bridgerton at the moment and would love to go back to that era and wear the gorgeous dresses, and spend all day having tea with my friends... and reading!
8. What would your ten-year-old self say to you now?
I think she would be pretty impressed with my book collection (over 500!!) and be very happy with everything I have achieved. She would encourage me to continue taking every opportunity I can to travel and learn more about the world.
9. Who is your greatest influence?
My late grandma, Jennifer, truly shaped the person I am today. Her kindness, elegance and love for people and animals inspires me every day. I want to be like her.
10. What/who made you start writing?
The first ever novel I remember reading by myself was a Go Girl book, and this started a love for writing. I had a notebook full of stories about the main character, Iris, going about her daily life. Since then, I have never stopped reading/writing/creating, and it is such an important part of my life.
11. What is your favourite word and why?
Periwinkle! It is such a cute word, a pretty colour and is my beautiful kitten's name.
12. If you could only read one book for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Anne of Green Gables by L M Montgomery. This series brings me so much comfort, and I just adore the characters, and the town of Avonlea.
