In order to truly rooly facilitate the deliverance of this letter, Zoe decides it's wise to head to the North Pole to ensure Santa receives said wish.
On the way to The Pole, Zoe and Bean collect a wee polar bear who soon waylays her original intent, and instead teaches Zoe about the true meaning of Christmas - that of love and togetherness.
This is a sweet story with typically striking illustrations Mick Inkpen is renowned for - soft and pastelly sweet and a delight to the eye. There is even a triple fold-out page kids will love.
Now, with just a little more than a week till D-Day - excuse me while I write up my letter to Santa. If only I could travel to the North Pole like Zoe and Bean - but if I can't, a Kylie Kurtz doll might just be a nice consolation.
