Guest Junior Review: The Undercover Princess

Here's another terrific review from a guest junior reviewer, Amvi Dhariwal, aged 11.

If you’re looking for a good mystery series, then your next read should be The Undercover Princess by Connie Glynn. This is a complex novel, which includes friendship, mystery, and drama.

Lottie is an ordinary girl who longs to be a princess. Ellie is a princess who longs to be ordinary. When fate puts them into the same dorm at Rosewood, it would only seem sensible to switch places. Right?

Well it’s not that simple. Welcome to the worlds of partizans and portmans. A portman is someone who protects the role of the prince or princess by taking on their role and pretending to be them.

A partizan is someone  trained to protect the princess and portman. All seems well, but then when their close friend, Saskia, betrays them, will everything worked for be wasted?

Read the undercover princess to find out!

This book is for ages 11+ and for people who like mystery and romance. I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

This is a series of three books. The author is currently writing the 4th and 5th books.
