Children love to learn through movement and ABC Yoga is a fun way to learn the alphabet and animal names while copying the simplified yoga positions.
Each letter is shown on its own page, accompanied by a little rhyme and a simple illustration of the word and the yoga pose. On the letter 'b' page the word is 'butterfly' and the child sits in a shape like a butterfly illustrating the yoga position, cobbler pose.
